Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist/Administrative Assistant looking to advance their career in the Manufacturing industry. As part of our talented team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations while also assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming bills and evaluating the accuracy of charges

• Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and transactions

• Processing payments and maintaining records of all transactions

• Assist with developing, implementing and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies to streamline the accounts payable process

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing office inventory, and handling office correspondence

• Prepare reports and support the finance team in their monthly financial tasks

  Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role

• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

• Proficiency in English and in MS Office, particularly in Excel

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
