We are actively seeking a highly motivated, focused individual for our Benicia location. This position would start immediately!! The ideal candidates will have intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience in Excel (test will be administered), able to multi-task, familiar with VIN #'s and work with extreme accuracy. If you are able to work Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with OT as required please reach out to tracy.august@randstadusa.com.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide support to customer requests via email/phone in a timely manner

Track daily production in multiple systems

Reconciliation of VIN numbers

Generate Billing Instructions based on production with supporting back up each month

Correct errors/issues in multiple systems

Heavy excel use

Other duties as assigned

The essential functions of this role include:
