As an Electrical Engineer, you will join a dynamic team of multi-disciplinary engineers, playing a crucial role in responding to the growing demands associated with the production and sustainment of both standard and custom hardware designs to meet customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include addressing procurement, manufacturing, testing, and sustainment challenges. You will troubleshoot a variety of circuits including analog, digital, high voltage, and RF circuits down to the component level. Additionally, you will interface directly with internal and external clients to articulate failure modes, fault isolation, and maintenance procedures. The role also demands continuous learning and problem-solving, working alongside experienced Subject Matter Experts and utilizing engineering documentation and product manuals to enhance your knowledge and skills. Furthermore, you will modify existing hardware designs, collaborate with development team members to translate system performance and operational specifications into hardware functional requirements, and ensure these are met through design, test, and verification. This role is perfect for someone who is keen to employ classic design techniques, leverage power electronics knowledge, and apply hands-on laboratory skills.
