Concordia College Lead Instructor, Russian LTC in Bemidji, Minnesota
The Lead Instructor of a Concordia Language Villages (CLV) Language Training Center (LTC) program is responsible for the development and implementation of a language-specific, two- and three-week-long residential iso-immersion program in accordance with client-specified expectations. This includes planning and implementation the program curriculum, assisting with staff recruitment and interviewing, budget/expense tracking, some public relations, and interacting with the support staff from operations support areas at the Language Villages. This position is responsible for implementing a program that reflects the mission and immersion methodology of Concordia Language Villages, meets client expectations, all within the parameters of the Concordia LTC model. The lead instructor reports to the LTC director and associate director, is responsible for managing the instructional team as a cohesive, collaborative team, and interfaces with the CLV administrative team as a whole.
