Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines to meet established quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to maintain efficient production.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.

• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

Training Program:

• Comprehensive training for up to 3 months, paired with an experienced operator.

• Split time between classroom instruction and hands-on floor work.

• Initial training on 1st shift for the first 8 weeks.

• Weekly performance reviews to assess attendance, classroom learning, and operational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Sign-on bonus starting at $1,700.

• Referral bonuses up to $5,000.
