JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, recruitment and daily operations of the Project Thrive programs including: planning; organizing; program development; participant outreach; program monitoring; reports; budget management; staff, volunteer and intern supervision; and direct service activities. The team member must have strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as access to reliable transportation. Must exercise independent judgment, initiative and flexibility. Attendance/Punctuality: Team member is on time and prepared for meeting with participants and stakeholders internal and external to the organization. Program Operations Identify, recruit, screen, interview and enroll participants in employment and training projects, maintaining complete and accurate files. Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and evaluate program effectiveness, including service delivery; provide recommendations on revisions based on research and evidence based methods. Ensure program data collection and compliance with funder and contract requirements are met; monitoring expenditures based on line items and plan spending accordingly. Authorize support service expenditures as needed according to funding source guidelines and budget. Attain program performance measures per contract and/or initiated by the funder.
