Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Beloit, Wisconsin

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join America's 5th largest corrugated packaging company and the world's largest, privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company. Work with leading brands such as Amazon, Bemis, and Procter & Gamble in a highly automated and clean facility. We are looking for both Industrial Mechanics and Electrical-focused Technicians to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment including box machines, die cutters, fork trucks, corrugated box machines, and conveyors.

Hard Skills

  • Electrical repairs and troubleshooting

  • Work up to 480v 3phase

  • PLC troubleshooting

  • Working on drives and sensors

  • Read logic

  • Pull and run wires

  • Mechanical repairs and troubleshooting

  • Welding and Fabrication (MIG, TIG, stick)

  • Print reading

  • Manual and CNC machining

  • 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Beloit, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Shifts available: 1st (6 AM - 3 PM), 2nd (2 PM - 11 PM), 3rd (10 PM - 7 AM, Sunday start). Expect to work overtime every other Saturday until fully staffed, currently around 50 hours per week. The maintenance area is spacious and well-maintained. Dress code requires steel-toed shoes, jeans, casual attire, and safety glasses.
