The College & Position Description

Bellingham Technical College (BTC) invites applications for one full-time professional exempt position as Director of Compliance & Title IX Coordinator. This is an exempt, non-represented position, is Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exempt from overtime and is at-will. This position reports to the Vice President of Student Services and is anticipated to start in November or December 2024.

The Director of Compliance will be responsible for the development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and oversight of a college-wide compliance program at Bellingham Technical College (BTC) to ensure the college's full adherence to the legal, ethical, and regulatory obligations imposed by all levels of government and other oversight agencies, including the NWCCU (Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities) accrediting body.
