Job Title: Treasury and Risk Management Lead

Job Description: Analyze and provide financial and risk management solutions and recommendations to limit risk. Provide technical consulting and support on risk management and insurance-related issues. Work with various business units to obtain underwriting data required for global insurance renewals. Process and evaluate requests for certificates of insurance by reviewing contracts or lease agreements for appropriate insurance wording and/or limits of insurance. Perform analysis in various treasury areas in support of global manufacturing and financial services businesses. Conduct analysis on foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, and debt issuance alternatives. Track and fulfill debt compliance requirements. Utilize treasury systems to produce reporting for debt and derivative portfolios. Support accounting entries and disclosures for debt and derivative transactions. Participate in projects to expand utilization and functionality of treasury technology. Telecommuting permitted up to 20%.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field or the foreign degree equivalent and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate financial risk management experience, including at least 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Establishing standard insurance requirements in suppliers' long-term agreements and modeling matrices to categorize supplier databases.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders on insurance renewals to achieve global cost savings and comprehensive insurance coverage for the company.
  • Working with global claims processes and analyses, including Marine Cargo, Auto Liability and Contractors Liability.
  • Collaborating with a diversified team of international Brokers to ensure compliance with local insurance regulations.
  • Working with treasury management systems (FIS-Quantum, Bloomberg, Tableau or similar) to improve processes for automatic general ledger entries and improve the efficiency of accounting processes.
  • Working with debt capital markets and treasury principles.
  • Utilizing analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Working with Treasury cash management and banking platforms.

SALARY: $132,579/year. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. LOCATION: Position full-time, 40 hours per week, with PACCAR Inc located in Bellevue, WA. Telecommuting permitted up to 20%.
