Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive the end-to-end delivery of new products, services, and/or features to market.
• Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery.
• Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams by working with the respective Tech and Product leaders.
• Define the way of driving the programs and constantly find ways to improve the process in a data-driven manner.
• Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones, and be the owner of the collaboration process and tools.
• Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master.
• Ensure products and applications release to market smoothly.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and grow the team.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Agile development process and leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master;
• Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules;
• Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for the engineers;
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; and

• Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

   

Travel Requirement: Domestic travel up to 5% required.

Salary Range: $148960 - $288800 per year
