Amazon Sr. Program Manager, DSP Performance in Bellevue, Washington

We are looking for a motivated, organized self-starter to join as a Sr. Program Manager on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Performance Team!

In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will be accountable for multiple VP and Director goals, and will need to work closely with senior leaders in the Last Mile space as well as key partner organizations to ensure success. The Sr. Program Manager will own performance programs and mechanisms used by internal customers, such as DSPs and Business Coaches (BCs).

You will be successful in this role if you 1) have a strong sense of ownership and seek long-term solutions that allow the program to scale, 2) can develop data-based insights and turn them into actionable workplans, and 3) clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, to drive buy-in and adoption across a diverse group of stakeholders with competing priorities. We are seeking a bar-raising candidate who will be able to:

• Analyze metrics and behaviors to draw key business insights

• Identify, develop and execute performance programs that will improve the safety, quality, and speed of customers’ shipments

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive programs that enable DSPs to be successful

• Think across all programs and other key initiatives in the Last Mile space, delivering holistic, scalable solutions

•Operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
