Amazon Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Seller Fulfilled Service in Bellevue, Washington

This role can sit in Bellevue, Minneapolis, Nashville, or Austin.

This role is part of Seller Fulfilled Services, a team focused on helping Sellers grow on Amazon. This role will be responsible for go-to-market campaigns and increasing adoption of new/existing products, helping thousands of Sellers to grow their businesses. You will engage with multiple product managers to understand their product roadmaps, develop marketing strategies and execute communication campaigns across multiple channels and Seller segments. You will manage both one-off campaigns as well as long-term automated marketing journeys.

Manage marketing initiatives which are aligned to the broader strategy of the Seller Fulfilled Services team, focused on either adoption of existing products/features or launching/go-to-market with new ones. Utilize multiple communication tools to create and execute communication journeys which address targeted audiences. Define requirements and data plug-ins to trigger campaign automation, and engage with legal and technical stakeholders to set up requirements to automate campaigns. Analyze input data to create audience segmentation and campaign output data to measure campaign execution in terms of marketing KPI’s and impact on business objectives. Manage agency/vendor deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, launch dependencies and timelines. Influence campaigns to reflect product(s) value propositions and drive adoption by conducting audience segmentation, adapting channel mixes, developing creative messaging, A/B testing, and ideating promotions. Support coordination with marketing teams from other Marketplaces within Amazon to replicate and adapt campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
