Job Overview The Sr Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions and shape the long-term vision of T-Mobile. The Sr Business Analysis Manager is responsible for managing data systems, platforms, and tooling to support marketing efforts within T-Mobile for Business, ensuring data availability and integrity across teams to enable data-driven decision-making. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable data platforms, streamline data workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities. They also support marketing efforts by pulling and structuring data, developing automated solutions, and optimizing self-service data tools. This position also leads the design and development of reporting structures & interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across teams. They are comfortable acting as an internal data SME and know where datasets are that will answer business questions. Job Responsibilities: Interact with various teams across T-Mobile for Business (TFB) to provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences. Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments. Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks. Utilize analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization. Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required) Master's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Preferred) 7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, quantitative analysis & research (Required) Experience with Python or similar (Preferred) Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (code-based front-end dashboards, Tableau, Power BI) (Preferred) Marketing (Preferred) Telecommunications (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication: Ability to manage relationships, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives.
