Specialists, Compensation is located in Bellevue, Washington will assist with the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies, programs, analysis and tools. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assists with job documentation, compensation systems/tools, data preparation and analysis, program reviews and other compensation team needs as appropriate. Responsible for setting up new jobs and job descriptions, generating compensation statements, creating data loads and reporting, supporting market pricing activities and salary survey participation, performing routine audits and ensuring data hygiene across various systems and/or performing incentive compensation operational activities. Assists with operation and process improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery. Provides project management support for compensation projects and business driven enterprise or incentive compensation initiatives. Creates and maintains process documentation, workflows and project plans to support department operations and projects. Maintain job documentation tools and compensation documentation repositories. Assist with developing and delivering communication and education materials designed to support compensation programs. Write and publish content related to program updates and/or market research. Skills requirements: Requires experience in each of the following skills: (1) Utilizing Power BI and other tools to produce and maintain essential compensation decision-support dashboards and ad-hoc analysis requests and analysis. (2) Analyzing and summarizing compensation data with knowledge and experience to provide executives with high-level insights and recommendations. (3) Aggregating and maintaining critical data and tools to support comp activities such as market pricing, employee costing, statement generation, and offer development. (4) Enhancing compensation Power BI dashboard backend data management through automating data refresh and streaming gateway connections. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Analytics, HR, Communication, Business or related, and 1 year of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, HR, Communication, Business or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
