The Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) Talent Acquisition organization at Amazon is seeking experienced Sourcing Recruiters to join our dynamic organization. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent to support the growth and success of our business. Our team is looking for someone who has:

Key job responsibilities
• Proactively source and pipeline qualified candidates for a variety of non-technical roles across the organization
• Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to find high-caliber candidates
• Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and nurture them through the hiring process
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and the ideal candidate profile
• Provide strategic sourcing recommendations to improve the overall quality and diversity of the candidate pipeline
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on sourcing activities and metrics
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and strategies
A day in the life
As a Sourcing Recruiter for FGBS, your days are filled with a dynamic mix of activities. You start with a team check-in to align on hiring priorities, then dive into your sourcing toolkit - crafting Boolean searches, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, and identifying top talent for a variety of roles across the organization which includes: critical functions like Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF), Investor Relations, and Customer Experience & Business Trends.
Throughout the day, you balance your time between proactively reaching out to potential candidates, nurturing your existing pipeline, and collaborating with Hiring Managers to provide updates and strategic sourcing insights. You also work closely with your recruiting business partners to deliver for your business. This cross-functional partnership is key to understanding the business needs and closing candidates.
You use data-driven insights to analyze your pipeline and inform your sourcing strategy, helping you build a robust and diverse candidate pool. You stay focused on continuous improvement, experimenting with new sourcing techniques and contributing to the refinement of team processes. This can also include sourcing for exciting networking events, career fairs and other special hiring initiatives.
By the end of the day, you've made tangible progress in building a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, knowing that your efforts are instrumental in helping Amazon attract the best talent across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
Strong proficiency in the use of Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
