Qualifications:

• 10 years of overall IT Consulting experience

• 5 years experience in building enterprise solutions package, implementation, configuration, customization, of Manhattan Order Management platform

• Demonstrated experience in building solutions for RetailCPG organizations

• strong functional knowledge on Order to Cash order management supply chain execution processes

• Experience in order management capabilities such as but not limited to inventory availability order sourcing order scheduling order fulfillment backorder management payment integrations carrier integrations fraud check drop ship order modifications financial posting etc

• Familiarity with applicable industry best practices tools and methodologies

• Knowledge on Manhattan Active Omni platform

• Good analytical skills to quickly understand and troubleshoot customer issues

• Ability to Lead conversations with client stakeholders for all Manhattan OmniOMS requirements

• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups

• High energy enthusiastic and ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment

• strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively in a global business environment
