You will partner closely with leaders from multiple teams in order to become a central figure that can lead in organizing high-volume rollout elements while having the broad scope to recognize risks that individual teams may not see. This role will also build mechanisms to protect the DSP experience by proactively assessing how different elements of high-volume execution could impact delivery partner sentiment. Key job responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Manage operational improvement projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams

• Drive efficiencies and seamless execution throughout the end-to-end high-volume planning processes

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

• Similar experience in a service, manufacturing, fulfillment or distribution environment

• Ability to quickly build expertise and manage an increasingly complex problem across multiple stakeholder teams

• Ability to influence at an executive level and to share critical business insights.

• Bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail.

• Project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.

• Strong business judgment and ability to create business playbooks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
