T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Senior Product Managers, Technical in Bellevue, WA to serve in a key role within our Wholesale team, which provides technical support and internal consulting to our organization to ensure customer enablement, integration, and implementation of established T-Mobile products and services. Drive all aspects of Internet of Things (loT) and Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) focused network solutions, requirements, certification, and customer onboarding. Responsible for thorough alignment with appropriate engineering teams, apply education and experience to lead business strategy, requirements communication, and all validation activities to provide device solutions to our partners and customers. Provide technical leadership in sales presentations and product demonstrations and provide answers to technical inquiries from our customers. Apply education and experience to provide expert knowledge on data and device products and services offered by T-Mobile through the Wholesale Sales channel. Support the Business Development team by making technical presentations to customer and prospect senior executive management, clearly presenting technical concepts, platform capabilities, and loT/MVNO solutions with prospective partners. Work with Engineering and Product Development teams to ensure reliable enterprise focused products, including driving product certifications through our labs and enabling network trials for customers. Apply education and experience to review and assess product development requirements and develop feature specific test and certification plans. Responsible for collaborating with Project Management, Enterprise IT, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales Operations teams to achieve go-to-market deadlines for new products. Apply education and experience to troubleshoot and resolve loT device solution roadblocks for customers and serve as subject matter expert for new technologies and T-Mobile roadmap for loT ecosystem. Provide technical training to potential and current customers and internal teams. Provide sales team updates, including network coverage and build-out plans for the technical subject matter expert and owner for specific specialty high-level support and troubleshooting, and interface with engineering teams to resolve network issues and increase stability. Work with requirements teams for new feature testing scope and provide high-level overview to leadership and sales support on eSIM, 5G, and NB-loT use cases support on the T-Mobile network. Apply education and experience with wireless network design and architecture, LTE, NB-loT, LPWAN, 5G, remote access computing methods, layered communication protocols, enterprise security architectures and principles, IP and ATM networks, and WiFi networks and design. Rely on education and experience in .Net, C#, Java, Docker, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Azure ARM, and PowerShell. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 7 years of relevant work experience. In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Employing understanding of handset and IoT device functionality, features, and interaction with Network and tools such as viz., Netscout, Cisco Control Center, Wireshark, iCSNE, Egis, Grandcental, EPCTool, NSM and other internal tools used to monitor performance of IoT M2M devices for multiple technologies like LTE NB, LTE CAT-M and LTE CAT 1+. (2) Utilizing expertise in Radio technologies like 5G, LTE, NB-IoT, LTE-M and understanding of platforms and tools to support customer devices and help customer launch new products and services in addition to troubleshooting device and network issues.
