DEA, ranked No.2 in the Northwest by ENR for "making a difference" in transportation, water and environment, energy, land development, marine services, and surveying and geomatics, has an opportunity for aSeniorMarketing Specialist with our Puget Sound Team located in one of our Puget Sound area offices.This is a progressive position working as a part of our corporate marketing team to support the business development and marketing process.The ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated team player, who enjoys client strategy, proactive proposal process, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This position will work directly with other experienced marketers and business development staff to support the client relationship, manage the positioning/proposal process, prepare teams for interviews, and assemble various collateral materials. This includes, but is not limited to: Providing client-focused marketing support within the Puget Sound region supporting both public and private clients Coordinating with marketers and business development staff to develop client relationships and proposals Conducting market research to better understand client and market needs Leading the production of proposals, SOQs, and collateral materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Coordinating with marketers and business development staff to develop a solid pipeline of qualified pursuits Maintaining CRM (client relationship management) information including marketing and client contact database Supporting client teams in partnership with client leaders. Effectively collaborating with the shared marketing services team to support other regions, as necessary Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent Five plus years' experience in professional marketing services Proficiency in MS applications, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and a CRM Database Must have strong written and oral communication skills, and strong graphics aptitude Able to work as part of a team and promote all of DEA Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the A/E/C industry Emphasis/understanding of the clients in Oregon Experience with Deltek Vision Experience with Alternative Project Delivery such as Design-Build, Progressive Design Build, GCCM/CMGC, and Public Private Partnerships (P3) is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance Health Savings and Lifestyle Spending Account with employer contribution Support for continuing education and training opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO)/Holiday Pay 401k and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Flexible 9/80 (every other Friday off) work schedule Holistic Wellbeing Program with a focus on physical, emotional, financial, career and community health Opportunity for growth with support and mentoring to help with professional goals Ability to work in a hybrid in-office/remote work setting Potential salary range for this position is $88,000-$91,000 depending on experience and location Potential office locations include: Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Bellevue, WA.
