Your team Baxter's Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring division is currently seeking a Sr. Manager, PMOto join the team at our Bellevue, WA headquarters. This is a hybrid role that allows a flexible schedule for remote and onsite work. The right person will have extensive validated experience in leading and performing major, high-complexity programs or portfolio of projects as well as an interest in helping team members grow. This person will demonstrate their experience and industry knowledge to be responsible for the program management team in current and future new product development with a focus on developing core team and project management capabilities across the organization. What you'll be doing Accountable for core team performance, program schedule and execution, budget commitments, and spend across their portfolio of projects. Lead project teams in defining program strategies, developing goals, and orchestrating team appraisal process. Drive continuous improvement across the organization as a change agent for product development process with a focus on quality and time to market. Create efficiencies that span the entire organization, helping to streamline the business and increase productivity. Active leadership in cross-functional stakeholder management discussions, helping the business define the future direction of programs.
