Program Specialist, Part-time Hourly Job ID: 14313 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Part Time Regular/Temporary: Temporary Position Summary Bellevue College is seeking qualified candidates to fill two (2) vacancies for the Program Specialist 2 position. The Program Specialists will support operations and instruction in the HSEWI division, including specialized assistance for the following departments: Healthcare Management & Leadership, Radiation & Imaging Sciences and Radiation Therapy. Responsibilities include planning, advising, admissions, enrollment management, and marketing & outreach. The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, with a minimum of three days on-site. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Pay rate: $21.98/hour - $29.36/hour The successful candidate is expected to work 20 hours per week. This position typically assigned as needed on a quarterly basis, with no expectation of continued employment beyond the current appointment. The temporary hourly employment is limited to the earlier of 1,050 hours or 12 consecutive months beginning from the original date of hire. Temporary hourly employees who work more than three hundred fifty (350) hours in a twelve consecutive month period may be subject to provisions of one the collective bargaining agreements covering Classified employees at Bellevue College. This position is expected to NOT be eligible for benefits because eligibility is limited only to employees working at least an average of 80 hours in eligible employment for more than 6 consecutive months and at least 8 hours a month.
