That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! The Product Manager is responsible for the in-season management of all Accessory products within a specific category across all channels at T-Mobile. The successful candidate will help to ensure our products are meeting critical metrics and sales and profitability are being enhanced. This requires high attention to detail in tactical duties like setting up SKUs and pricing, cross-functional relationship management in coordinating support for inventory procurement and go-to-market activities, as well as strong analysis skills in reviewing sales data and identifying areas for improvement. Responsibilities: Completes SKU and pricing setup for all products ranged within the category. Maintains SKU Data in Master Assortment Plan as changes arise with a priority on accuracy. Collaborates with supply chain and go-to-market teams on product planning as an authority on the product. Analyzes and provides recommendations on existing accessory portfolios to optimize sales and profitability to critical metrics. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Qualifications: 4-7 years Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Consistent record to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. Experience in leading products and initiatives. Experience running product suppliers, including leading RFPs, contract management, product development & commercialization, costing negotiations and full product lifecycle management. Experience in effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product performance data and use the data to drive decisions. Ability to understand customer experience and use to drive future decisions. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
