Job Overview: The System Architecture Engineer's role will be responsible for Operational Readiness for key programs and initiatives in the CITD organization. Key Responsibilities will include - Job Responsibilities: Operational Readiness and Planning - Develop and Execute operational plans to ensure seamless implementation of key programs including T-Cloud and Project Vanguard Automation and Process Optimization - Design and implement automated processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency and business processes Business Impact analysis and risk mitigation - Develop and monitor key business metrics to assess potential impacts of operational disruptions and implement strategies to ensure the successful implementation of key programs Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines Documentation and Training - Partner with engineering and operations team to develop detailed documentation, checklists, and knowledge transfer materials Education: Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years technical engineering experience (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Focus: Able to develop and communicate goals in support of the business' mission. (Required) Drive: Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision - including the ability to simultaneously support multiple strategically significant tasks under fixed/accelerated deadlines.
