INSTRUCTION + CURRICULUM PLANNING

?[        ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Lead the preparation of carefully crafted lively, engaging, and interesting lesson plans using the Reggio Emilia methodology and based on strong assessment practices (informal and formal) and execute functions using strategies of differentiated instruction.

?[        ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Oversee the creation/update of Units of Study with a pre- and post-assessment. Oversee the preparation of bimonthly Parent Reports with the end of Unit of Study assessment report clearly measuring growth. Conduct SEL, with reminders in the morning during Community Circle.

?[        ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Oversee the preparation of biannual Progress Reports.

?[        ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Oversee the preparation of an annual assessment of Mandarin Literacy Development using ACTFL standards.

?[        ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Instruct all subjects from math, science, arts, outdoor explorations in the Mandarin language only.
