ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Icertis Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to support the company's operations. The Office Manager is required to be work in the office daily and may require occasional overtime or weekend work.

Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Oversee and manage office layout, and ensure a clean and tidy office environment.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Partner with the building management for building safety and operations.
- Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and stock of beverages, snacks, utensils, plates and food for the office.
- Manage the ordering, set up and clean up of daily lunch.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Receive, organize and distribute mail, packages, and equipment tracking.
- Manage office budget and expense reports.
- Monitor and record office expenditures.
