Job Duties and Responsibilities Managers, Software Development of DevOps team to directly manage 6 direct reports including 1 Sr. Software Engineer, 2 Sr. Technical Analysts, 2 Software Engineers, 1 Sr. Systems Reliability Engineer. Collaborate with Senior leadership to develop strategy, plan, and goals applicable for the scope of business. Define roadmap and implement, measure success via key performance indicators. Work with architects, developers, analysts, and technical delivery managers on projects related to Customer facing documents which includes content management and financials presentment and ensure efficient execution, delivery, maintenance, and operational support. Coordinate, manage and be accountable for knowledge of all interfacing applications, services, API's, hardware, and activities that are in scope of the document management domain. Manage and facilitate security processes and best practices to protect Customer and Employee data stored in the system of record. Lead the transformation to SAFe by making teams comfortable with Lean-Agile principles. Maintain process, and consistent action for continuous improvement across Agile teams. Regularly cascade Vision, Strategy, and goal-based communications from the executive and direct leadership to direct reports. Lead adoption of industry leading practices in areas of customer innovation, customer experience, Continuous Integration / Continuous Testing/ Continuous Development (CI / CT / CD), cloud, microservices / container architecture. Responsibilities: Manage all legally binding documents, confirmation statements, and receipts that serve as system of records for customers. Manage system of records for employee data. Utilize Open Text Inc., DocuSign Inc. and CLM third party platforms to generate, store, and retrieve customer documents and employee records. Manage DevOps team of 6 employees including 1 Sr. Software Engineer, 2 Sr. Technical Analysts, 2 Software Engineers, 1 Sr. Systems Reliability Engineer and lead them to make effective decisions related to scope, schedule, quality, and operational excellence. Lead technical relationships with vendors, all aspects of multi-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Manage various platforms involved in team's DevOps scope. Interview, hire, and develop top diverse talent team of Architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and Operational Analysts to improve T-Mobile bench strength and augment product and project teams with contract staff. Support team in crafting training and career development plans and ensure assignments with growing levels of responsibility are given to staff. Apply experience working in a large software development environment with Agile tools Jira, AgileCraft, qTest with Agile and scrum methodologies. Apply experience with Content Management systems and financial systems by engaging and managing stakeholders including Legal, FinCo, Compliance teams related to legally binding documents. Apply working experience in Telecom industry and domain knowledge to improve operational efficiencies Apply experience in an environment of Cloud native technologies including PCF, Containerization, and RabbitMQ or Kafka. Apply experience working with multi-functional teams with understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, Microservices architecture.
