Top Bellevue business law firm is seeking a dynamic paralegal to join their litigation practice, handling real estate and construction disputes. The firm strives for personalized service, maintaining a strong presence in their local communities while serving the needs of their clients with dedication, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing vital support to a key shareholder

• Drafting pleadings and motions, correspondence, and other essential legal documents

• Handling all aspects of discovery from inception to conclusion

• Assisting with trial and arbitration preparation

• Supporting through trials, particularly with exhibit management

• Assist in maintaining robust and long-lasting client relationships

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000. This position is eligible for annual discretionary bonuses. Benefits available with this position include full medical, dental and vision premiums coverage; life and disability insurance; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with 3% contribution, 18 days of paid time off; funds for professional development/CLE (upon approval); and free parking.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial litigation, real estate or construction litigation a plus

• Proficient in drafting legal documents, discovery requests, and discovery responses

• Paralegal certification is a plus.
