Ericsson Inc Integration Engineer Intern in Bellevue, Washington

Join our Team Location: Bellevue, Washington Integration Engineer Intern About this opportunity: Join Ericsson as an Integration Engineer Intern, an integral role where you will have the opportunity to manage and implement integration services. As an Integration Engineer, you will analyze, prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of networks and systems. Your scope of work may include projects related to the introduction, upgrade, expansion, functionality, and capacity management. Your contributions will play a significant role in shaping our customer legacy. What you will do: * Participate in requirement gathering and collaborate with Solutions Architects to identify integration needs. * Define, prepare, implement, validate, and document system configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility. * Install and integrate hardware and/or software components according to customer solution requirements. * Prepare, verify, and document scripts to ensure accuracy prior to execution, supporting customer needs. * Develop and execute test cases to achieve accurate results on the first attempt, resolving issues as needed. * Implement automation and stay current with the latest technologies and best practices to continually enhance integration processes, and perform system upgrades and expansions as necessary. * Offer support and guidance to customer support teams during software production rollout. * Manage and coordinate integration projects, collaborating closely with software developers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful integration. The skills you bring: * Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering / Master of Science or similar * Proficient in: o Creation and modification of Ansible playbooks and roles. o Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform and Ansible. o Python and Java scripting. o Running and managing systems and services on cloud platforms like Azure or OpenStack. o Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and Git. * Competent in container technologies and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) * Good Networking knowledge with ability to troubleshoot issues Sponsorship: Ericsson Inc. does not sponsor US work authorizations for this job position including H-1B, O-1, L-1, and TN. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
