Our client, a telecommunications leader, seeks a passionate Inbuilding Construction Manager (IBCM) to join their growing team. As an IBCM, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring the flawless deployment of telecommunications equipment within buildings. You'll leverage your technical expertise and strong communication skills to orchestrate successful project execution.

Job Title: Inbuilding Construction Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $45-49/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential challenges and proactively plan for success.

  • Analyze project requirements, develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM), and collaborate with RF engineers.

  • Oversee all technical aspects of equipment deployment, from supplier selection to material distribution.

  • Manage site access, meticulously plan installation schedules, and ensure efficient construction execution.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones, adhering to standards.

  • Conduct audits throughout the construction process and manage punch list items for a flawless final product.

  • Partner seamlessly with Senior Construction Managers and Customer Project Managers for optimal workflow.

What’s Needed?

  • Proven experience in in-building telecommunications solutions (IBCS).

  • Willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest for site visits and on-site construction management.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
