What you’ll be working on:

Summary:

The Manager, Investor Relations and Business Intelligence is responsible for supporting the Investor Relations (IR) strategy and competitive pricing intelligence to ensure the alignment of the company’s business performance with shareholder and market expectations. This position will play a key role in communicating financial performance and strategic initiatives to the investment community while also providing data-driven insights to optimize pricing strategies across the company’s global retail footprint. The role requires a unique blend of strong financial acumen, retail analytics expertise, and excellent communication skills to drive both investor confidence and operational profitability.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist the VP of Investor Relations and Treasury in executing IR strategies to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and financial performance to the investment community.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, earnings call presentations, and quarterly investor materials to ensure accurate representation of company performance.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key investors, analysts, and stakeholders by responding to inquiries, preparing investor communications, and assisting with roadshows and investor meetings.

  • Ensure all external communications comply with relevant financial regulations and disclosures, such as SEC filings and earnings releases.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and shareholder feedback to provide insights into market sentiment and investor expectations.

  • Leverage advanced analytical tools to assess pricing performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimizing retail pricing across global stores.

  • Track and analyze economic indicators and market conditions and their impact on retail pricing.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and pricing analysis, providing insights and recommendations on pricing strategies.

  • Monitor and report on pricing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

What you have:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Knowledge of the retail industry and market dynamics.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in investor relations or retail pricing analytics.

  • MBA or CFA is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.

  • Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

  • Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).
