Executive Director for Effectiveness, Research and Analytics Job ID: 14455 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Position Summary Bellevue College, an open-enrollment institution serving both associate and bachelor's degree students, seeks an innovative and equity-focused Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness. This role is central to advancing the college's mission of fostering student achievement, expanding access, and promoting transformative learning. Reporting to the Vice Provost, the Executive Director collaborates with leaders across the institution to develop data-informed strategies that enhance student success, operational efficiency, and educational equity. In this strategic role, the Executive Director will lead initiatives that empower all departments to utilize data for improvement, ensure compliance with NWCCU accreditation standards, and advance a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, the Executive Director serves as the Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO), overseeing accreditation processes to maintain high-quality education and accountability. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Position Salary Range: $114,399/year - $171,599/year The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Typically, new hire starts no higher than $128,699/year based on Bellevue College Exempt salary schedule. We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components.
