Spectraforce Technologies Inc. Business Systems Analyst - II in Bellevue, Washington
Title: Business Systems Analyst - II Location: 3 days onsite a week in Bellevue, WA 98006 Duration: 1 year Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our strategy team. This role will be responsible for providing structure and support around key strategic processes, including road mapping, project intake, initiative planning, prioritization, communications, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Road Mapping and Initiative Planning: Work with cross-functional teams to document and maintain long-term roadmaps for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Project Intake and Data Management: Assist team in defining, supporting, and managing a structured project intake process to evaluate new initiatives and requests. Manage and work with teams to ensure the tool maintains optimal data health. Communications and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-functional updates and check-ins as needed. Develop a newsletter that supports communicating updates to the broader supply chain audience. Ensure transparency and consistency in communication across all levels of the organization. KPI Insights and Development: Assist team in defining and managing key performance metrics across the business. Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve operational processes related to project management, planning, and strategy execution. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience with strategic planning and execution in a high-growth company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Power Platform.
