Window & Door Project Estimator Capitol Aluminum & Glass Corp. (CAGC) is seeking a Window & Door Project Estimator to create estimates for commercial aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and storefront systems. CAGC is committed to employee growth and success. This opening is a full-time, onsite position in Bellevue, OH. Essential Job Requirements:  Create project estimates from input sheets, field surveys, and through obtaining vendor quotes.  Use Excel and other internal software programs required to create pricing.  Review pictures of opening conditions and jobsite conditions and visit site on occasion. Investigate and problem-solve challenges to estimate accurately.  Apply company labor standards to product and installation.  Follow processes and procedures independently as well as in a team atmosphere working with multiple departments. Qualifications:  2+ years' experience in estimating for glass and glazing, window, or construction projects. Experience working in the construction industry and/or working with custom products helpful.  Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.  Highly organized and ability to provide deliverables under time constraints.  Strong math skills required.  Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.  AutoCAD experience desirable - willing to train with inexperience.  Valid driver's license with minimal points per insurance requirements.
