Bellefonte Area School District Anticipated Gifted Teacher - Secondary in BELLEFONTE, Pennsylvania
The Bellefonte Area School District is accepting applications for the position of a Gifted Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.
Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to develop a good working relationship with staff, students, and parents. This position will provide coordinated gifted education services for students at Bellefonte Area Middle School and High School. Candidates should have the ability to use diagnostic data to provide appropriate instructional programs and strategies, coordinate services for the gifted with other aspects of the school program, including collaborative consultation with regular education teachers and understand the Gifted Multidisciplinary Evaluation/Gifted Written Report and the Gifted Individualized Education Plan process and the teacher's role in the process
Certification Requirements: Instructional I or II certificate in any content or grade level
