Administrative Assistant essential tasks: Be responsible for managing paper and electronic files, ensuring they are accurately organized and accessible to the HR department. Key duties include data entry, updating employee information, verifying and updating outdated records, and supporting HR with confidential tasks. The role also involves assisting with special projects, maintaining confidentiality, and providing data entry support across departments as needed.
