Responsibilities

  • Post-close booking and review of Commercial (CRE, C&I, Healthcare) and SBA Loans

  • Process amendments and extensions for Commercial (CRE, C&I, Healthcare) and SBA Loans

  • Process all on-going loan servicing activity (Advances, Pay downs, Interest Payments, Rate Changes, Payoffs, Taxes, Insurance, Collateral Tracking and Release, Collections)

  • Process on-going loan servicing activity for Commercial agented and participated loans and/or loans with associated Swaps. Including actioning agented notices for C&I participated loans

  • Customer Service (Respond to internal and external inquiries)

  • Monitor all reconciliation, suspense, and past dues for assigned portfolio

  • Monitor all quarterly and monthly fees including unused lines fees and letter of credit fees

  • Prepare SBA Colson Reporting; research Colson related questions

  • Review team member File Maintenance transaction processing

  • Prepare departmental proof reconciliations

  • Coordinate all aspects of the Annual Tax Escrow Analysis Process

  • Ability to transfer servicing knowledge to other team members

  • Accountable to service all loans in accordance with all documents, policies, and procedures

  • Project lead on operations projects and audit requests

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Related Field required

  • Minimum 5-7 years working in a Loan Operations Department

  • Strong understanding and ability to read and interpret Commercial Loan Credit Agreements and Credit Approval Memos.

  • Experience servicing direct, participated, and syndicated commercial loans.

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills required to review all transaction processing (file maintenance).

  • Strong understanding of Loan Operations SOX controls and risk mitigation

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong client interaction skill set

  • Detail oriented

  • Superior multi-tasking skills

  • Experience with basic office programs and equipment including Microsoft Office

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Jack Henry System Silverlake a plus

  • Knowledge of Synergy and Synergy Capture a plus

  • Knowledge of Syntraks a plus

  • Knowledge of Derivatives Path a plus
