Job Title: Production Floor Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Floor Worker. This role involves loading and unloading bins for the operator, ensuring accuracy in labeling and quantity, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The position requires physical stamina as it involves bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the day in a hot environment. This is a long-term and permanent opportunity. We will be conducting interviews starting this week.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer bins into furnaces.

• Ensure the accuracy of labels, including the number of pieces and loading instructions.

• Maintain attention to detail to return pieces in the correct bins as per customer expectations.

• Comprehend and follow label instructions accurately.

• Lift and handle items weighing 50-60 lbs. consistently throughout the day, with the aid of an overhead hoist for larger pieces.

• Potentially learn to test pieces and operate a forklift.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months labor experience.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing.

• Proven ability to read and perform mathematical calculations.

• Good attention to detail.

• Physical stamina for continuous bending, twisting, and lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General education certifications.

• Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $13.50/hr.
