Job Title: Laborer - Powder Coater

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated laborers to join our powder coat line team. This position involves standing throughout the day, performing repetitive tasks such as hanging parts after they've been coated, changing hooks and racks, setting up the line for parts, loading and unloading parts from the line, inserting and removing plugs from parts, and inspecting parts for defects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Compliance with safety regulations and promotion of workplace safety are required. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts after they've been coated.

• Change hooks and racks, setting up the line for parts.

• Load and unload parts from the line.

• Insert and remove plugs from parts.

• Inspect parts for defects.

• Communicate effectively with team members.

• Comply with safety regulations and promote workplace safety.

• Report all unsafe acts.

• Perform various other duties as required.

Work Environment

This position is in a manufacturing, production line environment. The role requires standing all day and performing repetitive tasks. The work setting is focused on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00
