Job Description
The ASC Coordinator will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, for the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities
• Function as administrative assistant to ASC Team.
• Remain alert, courteous and helpful to guests and fellow employees at all times.• Facilitate and manage office administrative duties, including maintenance and ordering of office supply inventory,office supply organization, employee file maintenance, filing, typing and other clerical support duties as needed.• Maintain Associate areas: hallway and bulletin boards; update regularly with creative, visually appealing andrelevant information to assist associates. Monitor required postings as needed.• Greet applicants and provide them with information regarding the employment process. Conduct basic prescreening of applicants as directed by HR Manager.• Type and mail regret letters as directed by the ASC Team. Maintain file of previous applicants and destroy theprevious year’s applicants as the application materials become outdated.• Assist with preparation of New Hire Materials, including preparation of Name Tags and assignment of ParkingPasses• Assist with preparation of New Hire Materials for Onboarding & Orientation• Attend job fairs• Termination process• Assist with the HR Audit• Maintain central filing for common forms and replenish HR forms inside and outside the office.• Assist in administration and execution of OMNI programs.• Assist in execution of associate events.• Administer safety programs.• Attend and participate in regularly held meetings such as required.• Manage mail process.Tasks:Birthday Cards, address labels, shoes for crews, flyers, power of one, power posters, updating bulletin board, PIF’s,re stocking papers /forms, references, filling, mail OSC nominations collecting, ATGT minutes, printing paystubs,POE//b ’days-, Safety Committee
Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent.• Human Resource experience preferred.• MUST have strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Internetresearch, and the ability to quickly learn new software.• Must be a self-starter and able to successfully complete projects with minimal oversight.• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.• Promote and maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the HR office.• Friendly, energetic personality.
