Hybrid Onsite Bedford / Cambridge, MA
Seeking a strong technical and administrative professional with information technology and cloud background with a proven track record of developing, enhancing, and managing teams and customers. Will manage direct reports, vendors, service providers as well as a remote diverse tier 2/3 technical operations team.
The RMM Manager will work closely with the Director Technical Operations and leaders from other departments to deliver exceptional support to both internal and external customers. One key advantage for the right person is having AWS/Azure and Infrastructure expertise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be accomplished at transforming, creating, and managing projects, clients, and operational teams to deliver high-quality technology projects & services.
Must possess strong technical knowledge of AWS / Azure Cloud management, O365, PowerShell and data center operating systems & tools.
Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams.
Strong sense of urgency on all client events and ability to meet F-T-F with customer(s) on regular basis
Ensure the efficient utilization of technical resources.
Ensure best practices are established, implemented, and followed for effective problem resolution in a high availability environment.
Ensure change management practices conform to client’s organization standards and same for Astadia internal CAB reviews.
Display exceptional written and in-person communications.
Experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, implementation, and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses.
Proven experience managing remote monitoring and Infrastructure teams.
Analyze existing operations, team members, and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow with the business.
