Location: Bedford, MA; Remote in AL, FL, GA, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, OK, TN, TX, WI, and WV

This Role:

Supervise the  day to day  responsibilities for the Provider Enrollment Department   workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy of work. Supervise and train the Representatives and Coordinators as well as off-site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all employees in the provider enrollment department  

• Monitor training of  new hires and current employ ees on processes and procedures  

• Resolve any department issues with department  Associate  D irector    

• Maintain and update credentialing reports  

• Communicate provider enrollment status to providers, Client Services and  Billing  Operations  as needed  

• Adjusting procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies   

• Encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team members   

• Screen ing and interviewing candidates

• Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security  

• Review and approve time and attendance records  according to company standards  

• Provide on-going feedback and annual performance reviews   

• Uphold com pany mission,  vision  and values  

• Facilitate meetings within department and make presentations  to senior management as needed

• Ability to comprehend and c ommunicate contract information  

• Ability  to communicate effectively verbally and in writing  

• Bachelor’s  degree or equivalent combination of education and experience  required.

  Preferred:

• 2 - 4 years of related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
