We're looking for a skilled Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, building, coordinating, and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure seamless execution of system acquisition processes and project milestones within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

Responsibilities:
Plan, Build, and Coordinate IMS: Develop, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure successful system acquisition processes and mission accomplishment.
Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as the key point of contact for all IMS activities among functional disciplines within the Project Management Office (PMO).
Provide Technical Products: Generate key IMS technical products such as Gantt charts, network diagrams, and other schedule-related documents to communicate project progress.
Integrated Schedule Management: Offer technical support for integrated schedule management throughout system acquisition processes, ensuring all schedule requirements are incorporated for mission success.
Support Requirements Development: Assist with requirements development and plan preparation, evaluating the feasibility and ability to achieve results within the given timeline.
Communicate Status and Objectives: Regularly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to the customer, project team, and management, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
Take Corrective Actions: Identify potential schedule risks and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes and project milestones.
Utilize Scheduling Tools: Demonstrate proficiency with scheduling tools like Microsoft Office Project to manage and track project timelines and dependencies.
Other Duties as Assigned: Contribute to various project-related tasks as required by management.
Qualifications:
Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen. An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
Experience:
Functionally Aligned: BA/BS in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a DoD environment, or
Non-Functionally Aligned: GED with 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a DoD setting.
Expertise & Problem-Solving: Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability to work within the technical/professional discipline, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems to achieve successful outcomes.
Scheduling Tools Proficiency: Experience with IMS scheduling tools, particularly Microsoft Office Project, is essential.
Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and apply proper procedures and processes to support project objectives.
DoD Experience: Minimum of 3 years (Functionally Aligned) or 2 years (Non-Functionally Aligned) of experience in the DoD or defense contracting environment.
