The Edinburg Center Clinical Lead ACCS Team in Bedford, Massachusetts

CLINICAL LEAD

M obile community position in the surrounding communities of Bedford, MA

$68K Annually

What You Will Do:

Responsible for clinical supervision of staff as assigned. Ensures services are recovery-oriented, evidenced-based and trauma informed and inclusive of families and significant others. Leads the screening, assessment, treatment plan development and review process. Conducts screenings and assessments and delivers interventions identified on the Treatment Plan. Ensures screening and assessments of Persons referred for services are conducted according to established procedures and timelines. Trains and supervises team staff on treatment plan development and documentation of Persons’ progress. Assists in selecting strategies for Persons at high-risk and/or hard to engage. Provides clinical services to Persons as required and holds own assignment list. Provides on-call clinical coverage. Responsible for other clinical/administrative duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

Master’s degree in relevant clinical field . Strong preference for a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC) and at least 2 years of experience working with adults with mental health concerns . If not currently a LPHA, then will become LPHA within 2 years, but must have at least five years of experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery-oriented services to Persons served with major mental illness preferred . Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Use Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required . Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Use Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing, First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire required .
