A sports retail employer based out of Beaverton, OR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote UKG Product Manager to lead the end-to-end management of UKG technology solutions, overseeing implementation, upgrades, and customization to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Platforms (UKG or Workday) with a strong understanding of system configuration/customization, integrations, and security.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager

   - In-depth knowledge of HR products similar to UKG and Workday. With related modules including Payroll, Compensation and Benefits with a strong understanding of system configuration/customization, integrations, and security.

   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholder in addition to building and maintaining relationships at all levels in the organization and with external credibility.

   - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.

   - Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
