This Studio is located in Dayton, OH

You are:

A Stylist supports our fashion, beauty, and consumer goods retail client portfolio and studios. The Stylist is responsible for merchandise coordination and related duties as it pertains to providing superior styling for all photography, both on and off figure, on-form, and lay downs as well as prop/product styling for silo, tabletop and lifestyle. Additional responsibilities include prepping merchandise, collaborating with Producer and Photographers, working closely with a variety of client representatives to achieve razor sharp, brand focused imagery in line with client/brand standards

The work:

  • In conjunction with the Stylist Lead, responsible for styling photo, video shoots to effectively achieve clients’ desired creative output

  • Collaborate with Production and Creative team in maintaining the project integrity for the clients

  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of the Prop Closet

  • Maintain styling and merchandise organization for efficient in studio and/or on-location shoot set ups

  • Communicate new or refreshed prop needs to the Production team

  • Work in collaboration with Producers to schedule and manage talent – booking talent and models in conjunction with the Stylist Lead and Producer as well as distributing call sheets/schedule emails

  • Assist on model castings – collecting model cards, recording attendance, creating contact sheets, organizes galleries and tracking imagery on the server

  • Keep up to date with trends in fashion and retail

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years of fashion merchandising or styling in a retail or high-volume commercial studio setting

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising or Associate Degree with related experience withing the fashion or visual merchandising field.

  • Knowledge of current fashion trends with strong sense of style

  • Experience with both fashion and prop styling

  • Understanding of digital photography, production studio pace and efficiency

  • Proficient with MAC systems and Adobe software

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines

  • Must be able to work in a production environment

  • Strong communication skills and excellent ability to work with a wide variety of people

Travel :

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
