Nike Senior Product Line Manager, Kids Performance Apparel in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is part of the Global Nike team and is responsible for bringing inspiration to kids around the world through creating innovative performance apparel. The candidate will report to the Senior Director of Kids Performance Apparel and work closely with design, product development and merchandising partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training

  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience in product and/or merchandising

  • Leads with a positive collective spirit and creates a ‘one team’ environment across functions

  • Ability to operate effectively even when the way forward is not clear and to take an ambiguous situation and create a clear path forward for the cross-functional team

  • Ability to communicate in consistent, clear, agile and timely manner with cross-functional partners - written and verbally

  • Leads by example and can hold team accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace, and consumer landscape

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Senior Product Line Manager – Kids Performance, you will oversee all facets of the product creation process for a portion of the Kids apparel product line You will lead cross functional teams including design, development, operation, merchandising and brand from product brief to product delivery.

  • Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver the most innovative product in the industry for kids, as well as deliver compelling retail assortments for consumers

  • Set clear priorities and expectations for cross functional teams, while fostering collaboration

  • Partner closely with merchandising partners to create and clearly articulate seasonal product strategies

  • Strategic thinker who can gather athlete and consumer insights to define a product strategy that serves Kids and their Empowering Adults

  • Confidently engage internal and external partners through presenting key product stories and strategies

  • Acknowledge and celebrate differences to arrive at the best outcome
