Nike Senior Analyst - Market Intelligence, QBR in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our team is seeking an excellent candidate who can bridge across multiple analytics and research teams as well as key partners across business functions. This individual will be both operationally minded and have a foundational understanding of research and/or analytics techniques. You will utilize strong project management and relationship building skills to drive change and activate capabilities into our day-to-day operating model. This Senior Analyst will lead with curiosity and empathy, always seeking to elevate work on behalf of the broader IDSA team.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

You will work across a variety of Insights & Analytics teams to help craft cross-functional storylines, contributing to how IDSA shows up at QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and other key corporate moments (i.e. Annual Corporate Strategic Review). You will craft clear plans for when, how and with whom to activate against priority initiatives, and help to develop an operating model that ensures that key stakeholders are adequately involved and informed. To do this, you will have to quickly build relationships across the organization to better understand needs of each team. You will build stakeholder maps, facilitate user-centric workshops, craft storytelling materials and design interactive experiences that energize and excite the organization. In the process, you must balance the potential improvements of change with the capacity & feasibility of internal priorities and project timelines. Having a strong understanding of how Consumer Insights can help to empower Product Creation, Merchandising, Marketing or Retail success will help you in bringing new capabilities to life for this organization.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams based on priority initiatives and projects. You will closely work with IDSA teams, including Macro & Competitive Intelligence, Marketplace & Shopper Intelligence, and Consumer & Product Intelligence. Moreover, you will interact with teams involved in Product Creation, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail to gain insights into their strategies, challenges, and requirements. This collaborative environment encourages creativity, innovation, and learning across different functions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Social Sciences, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

  • 5+ years' experience in consumer insights, business operations, analytics, market research, merchandising, marketing, or product creation.

  • Ability to use analytics to inform strategic decisions.

  • Proficiency in analytical and market research principles.

  • Experience leading teams and supporting change in a collaborative work environment.

  • Broad knowledge in a category to synthesize cohesive output.

  • Experience with Quarterly Business Reviews and Long-term Planning.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to structure problems.

  • Compelling storyteller with high-impact communication skills.

  • Self-directed and comfortable in ambiguous environments.
