WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong organizational skills and the exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks, problem-solve, and make decisions. You take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and have a high attention to detail.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You'll perform a wide range of administrative duties, including complex calendar management, booking travel, coordinating meetings and events, producing, editing, and reformatting documents and correspondence; preparing expense reports and purchase orders; updating organizational charts; coordinating department or equipment moves. You’ll also leverage your skill in anticipating leaders’ needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.

This opportunity also involves using your computer skills to create high-quality PowerPoint or Key Note presentations often under tight timeframes.

Maintaining confidentiality, being adaptable, and excelling in time management are crucial for ensuring everything runs smoothly!

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer.

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative work experience.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, effectively handle high levels of ambiguity, work independently, and adapt to varying work hours.

  • A strong sense of initiative; adept at managing dynamic workloads and tasks, while appropriately handling highly confidential and sensitive information.

  • Experience creating high-quality presentations using PowerPoint is required.

  • Highly Proficient in Keynote, Illustrator, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

  • Proven experience with budget management.

  • Previous Nike work experience is a plus.
