Nike Lead Process Manager, SEC Allocation Planning in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The SEC Global Allocation Planning team are allocation experts who have a deep understanding of the Just Enough Allocation tool, as well as key concepts within demand and supply planning. They work as a team across business and tech, in order to create best in class allocation solutions in partnership with DSM and MPO peers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate needs to have deep business expertise in Just Enough Allocation (ToolsGroup) software and a solid understanding of retail planning and allocation principles. They must possess a passion for allocation planning as well as an initiative to create the future and obsess the details in everything that they do, while understanding the impact of their solutions on the organization. A strong candidate will enjoy process design and thrive in a project based environment with the ability to lead others into the unknown.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with JustEnough software

  • Minimum 5 years allocation and/or retail planning experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with additional work experience

  • Nike Allocation knowledge preferred

  • Industry allocation experience preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

This role will serve as an Allocation Planning SME through capability design, build, testing, training, and implementation of SEC releases. They will partner with the Global and Geography Allocation Planning teams to ensure capabilities and business requirements are defined, implemented, and deployed.

  • Define processes, product flows, and necessary tools to enable Allocation Planning capabilities, partnering with DSM & MPO teams.

  • Demonstrate allocation and planning expertise in various meetings to facilitate insights and best practices globally.

  • Develop Business Process Designs and training of the solution.

  • Support and facilitate capability working sessions following program methodology

  • Lead DC to Store end to end testing to validate the SEC solution

  • Partner closely with tech team, always representing the allocation business perspective.
