WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The HR Content Design & Delivery Specialist is responsible for editing, building and publishing content on NIKE, Inc.’s internal HR website and learning platform for NIKE employees. We also manage content that’s just for HR employees to help them do their jobs. The right person for this role will have the relevant interest and experience to learn the entire ecosystem of the HR website (front end) and content management (back end) as well as how HR supports our global and regional teammates on a daily basis. This role is critical in delivering information that’s accurate, relevant, consistent and accessible. Our focus on optimizing the employee experience drives everything we do.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will manage and prioritize assigned tasks and requests from Content Managers and Program Owners to ensure accurate and timely publication of content. On any given day, you will be editing and formatting content to align with NIKE HR website content standards and style guide and building and publishing HR content for multiple audiences (based on roles, geos/locations and languages). You will also leverage feedback and data to understand and improve the employee experience through the content we manage. You will also be instrumental in managing the translation/localization of content.

You will build and manage content that helps our HR teammates support employees efficiently and accurately through ensuring internal knowledge base, response templates and fulfillment instructions are up to date and setup correctly.

There will be opportunities to work on research studies to seek insights/feedback into the experience our teammates have with the digital experiences and content that we manage.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will represent the global HR content team from the WHQ office and report to the Sr. Manager of HR Content Design & Delivery at WHQ. You will support cross functional teammates within HR and outside of HR (e.g., legal, compliance, procurement, internal communications, etc.). Global support will be required at times, but generally within your local time zone.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Experience using a web CMS and/or ServiceNow.

  • Experience with Workday Learning and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Experience with basic HTML, Google Analytics, Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or other text editing tool), and editing content using a style guide (familiarity with AP written style a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills and ability to execute a task exactly as assigned without errors and multi-task to meet critical deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Desire to work independently in front of a computer for long periods of time.

  • Experience working with translated content/ knowledge of digital content/website usability and accessibility best practices /HR/Legal background is a plus.

  • In addition to English, proficiency in another language is a plus.

  • Experience with Technical writing is a plus.

  • Understanding of knowledge management practices is a plus.
